Your team may already have Copilot, but most people use it in isolated moments: drafting an email, summarizing a meeting or asking a question. Across two practical sessions, participants learn to work with company context, move tasks between Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and build one reusable Copilot agent or workflow. They leave able to turn scattered information into useful business outputs without rebuilding the process every time.

What participants bring
Bring your own laptop and access to the Microsoft 365 environment selected for the programme. Participants should be able to use Copilot Chat and the relevant Microsoft 365 applications. Creating or sharing agents may require additional licenses or administrator settings. We confirm the exact setup before the first session.
Optional: bring one repeated business process, suitable non-confidential files and an example of the output your team considers good.
