Common questions

We already have AI tools. Is this still relevant?

Yes. Tools are one part of the system. The strategy decides where they matter, how ideas are selected, who owns the work, where people review and how value is measured.

Do we need a large data platform first?

Usually not. We begin with the knowledge and data required for the first valuable use cases. A small, maintained knowledge core is often a better start than connecting every historical file.

How do you choose the first use cases?

We compare business value, readiness, repeatability, risk and strategic fit. We also discuss this closely with your. The first projects should contain both visible progress and foundations that support later scale.

How do you measure value?

We agree a baseline before the pilot. Measures may include cycle time, quality, throughput, senior capacity, adoption or commercial contribution. We do not invent one productivity number for every company.

What should stay internal and what can a partner build?

Your company should keep the business ownership, decisions and reusable knowledge. External specialists can add technical depth and speed where the work requires it.

How much time is required from our team?

It depends on the process, and we scope it only after we have seen the real files and rules. The first version is deliberately small so you can judge it on real work early rather than waiting for a finished platform.
