Common questions

Which process should we start with?

Start with work that repeats every week, has a recognisable input and a recognisable output, and currently moves between several people or tools. Those three things are what make a process suitable. We can help you check whether yours qualifies.

Do we have to change the tools we use?

Usually not. Most solutions sit around the tools your team already uses and connect the steps between them. We only suggest a new tool when the current one cannot do the job.

What if AI is not the right answer?

We tell you. Some processes are better fixed with a clearer template, a shared folder or a small change to who does what. We would rather say that early than build something you do not need.

Who owns the system when it is finished?

You do. The workflow runs in your accounts, the written procedure is yours, and your team is trained to run it. We stay available for changes, but you are not dependent on us.

How do you handle our data?

We agree the data rules before we build anything. We work inside the tools your company already approves where possible, and we write down exactly what the system can read and what it cannot.

How long does a first solution take?

It depends on the process, and we scope it only after we have seen the real files and rules. The first version is deliberately small so you can judge it on real work early rather than waiting for a finished platform.

Can one solution be extended to other teams?

Yes, once the process is stable. We prove the workflow in one team or one market first, then adapt it. Extending a workflow that is not yet stable is how small problems get copied.
