We take one task your team repeats often and build an assistant that already holds the context, tone and instructions, ready before you open the chat.

Write the instructions and give it your knowledge
The instructions are the engine of the assistant. If they are unclear, vague or incomplete, the output will stay inconsistent from chat to chat.
We write them together using role, action, format and context, then add suitable examples, templates and quality criteria, and cover what should stay outside the tool.
The GPT responds using the rules and material your team has deliberately chosen for it.

What participants bring
Bring your own laptop and access to a paid ChatGPT plan that allows you to create or edit GPTs. If the GPT will be shared inside a managed company workspace, check that your workspace settings allow this. We confirm the exact requirements before the session.
Optional: bring a task where you repeat the same instructions or the same context to get a good result.
