Claude for business

AI TRAINING FOR BUSINESS

Claude training for business teams

Finn leading a company AI workshop while participants work on their laptops.

EUR 240

per person · 2 sessions of 4 hours · minimum 5 people

Your team may already use Claude, but valuable context and working methods still live in individual chats. Across two practical sessions, participants learn to prompt with control, build Projects that preserve business context and create Skills that turn repeated methods into reusable workflows. They leave with one working Project, one tested Skill and a clearer way to use Claude across real company work.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Three layers that turn Claude into a business system.

Each one is explained, demonstrated, then practiced on a prepared business case. We discuss your team's own tasks as we go, so people leave able to apply it to their own work.

1

Learn to direct Claude with real control

Many teams use Claude through short requests and accept the first plausible answer, so results vary because the goal and context stay unclear.

We strengthen prompting, model choice, web research, files and iteration, and practise asking Claude to evaluate and structure work before the final answer.

The team develops a reliable working method instead of collecting isolated prompt tricks.

2

Build business context that survives the chat

A new chat often means rebuilding the client background, working rules, documents and quality criteria, which wastes time and creates inconsistent output.

We create a Claude Project with a clear objective, project instructions and curated knowledge, covering what belongs in it and which formats work.

Claude can start each new task with the stable business context already in place.

3

Turn repeated methods into tested Skills

Projects preserve context, but teams still repeat the same evaluation criteria, steps and output formats whenever the method really matters.

We select a suitable repeated task, build a Skill, test it on real examples and improve its instructions and output, using Chat, Projects and Skills together.

The team leaves knowing what should stay a prompt, become a Project, a Skill, or eventually be automated.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Is this the right session for your team?

Who it is for

  • Teams already using AI, or about to start

  • Business users with no technical background

  • Mixed levels in the same room, which usually helps

  • Managers who want one shared method rather than individual habits

If you want to solve an inefficiency with AI rather than build it yourself, talk to us about AI solutions instead.

HOW WE TEACH

Learn it, then do it.

Every topic ends with a practical challenge. Watching someone use AI well is not enough. You need to try it, find what does not work and improve it yourself.

teach-01-show.jpg

We show the technique

A short explanation of the topic and a live demonstration. No long theory.

teach-02-try.jpg

You try it yourself

You apply the same method to a realistic business task. This is the part that makes it useful

teach-03-fix.jpg

We fix it together

When it doesn't work first time, we look at it as a group and fix it. You keep the working version

Why it is built this way: people remember what they did, not what they watched.

What participants bring

Bring your own laptop and access to the Claude workspace selected for the programme. Participants need permission to create and edit Projects and Skills. Skills also require code execution to be enabled. We confirm the exact plan and administrator settings before the first session.

Common questions

Is this programme specifically for Claude?

Yes. This is the deep, platform-specific programme for companies using Claude. The examples, interface, Projects, Skills and account setup are all based on the Claude environment.

Do participants need previous Claude experience?

They should have access to Claude and ideally have tried it on some work tasks. Deep expertise is not required. The first part establishes a shared prompting and research method before moving into Projects and Skills.

How is this different from the Intro & prompting workshop?

The introductory workshop focuses on giving better instructions and improving individual AI tasks. This programme includes those foundations, then goes much further into persistent project context, reusable Skills, team standards and an end-to-end business workflow.

How is this different from the Projects & Skills workshop?

Projects & Skills is a shorter, cross-platform introduction to reusable context and methods. Claude for business is an eight-hour Claude-specific programme with deeper tool coverage, between-session practice and a complete case combining prompting, research, Projects and Skills.

What do participants build?

Each participant or small group creates one working Claude Project and one tested Skill. The programme then combines them in a realistic workflow that moves from research and analysis to a business deliverable.

Which Claude plan do we need?

The required plan depends on how your organization wants to create, share and manage Projects and Skills. BRACAI checks your current Claude workspace, permissions and enabled capabilities before the programme and confirms exactly what participants need.

Do any administrator settings need to be enabled?

Possibly. Participants need access to the relevant Claude features, and Skills require code execution to be enabled. Sharing Projects or Skills may also depend on organization settings. We provide a setup checklist before the first session.

Can we use our own documents and business processes?

Yes, and the programme is strongest when the examples resemble your real work. We agree beforehand what can be used, what must be anonymized and which material should remain outside the AI workspace.

How many people can attend?

The programme is for 5 to 20 people and works best with about 15 or fewer. For larger groups, we recommend separate cohorts so everyone can build, test and receive practical feedback.

Where is the programme delivered?

BRACAI delivers the programme in person in Barcelona and across Spain, or online for teams anywhere in Europe. We travel further on request, with travel costs agreed in advance.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes. Each participant receives a certificate of completion, and the organization receives an attendance record.
