WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Three layers that turn ChatGPT into a business workspace.
Each one is explained, demonstrated, then practiced on a prepared business case. We discuss your team's own tasks as we go, so people leave able to apply it to their own work.

Learn to direct the work, not just the answer
Many people give ChatGPT a short request, accept the first plausible response and repair the result manually, which is fast but inconsistent.
We strengthen prompting, tool and model choice, search and evaluation, practising how to ask ChatGPT to clarify and improve work before the final answer.
The team gains a repeatable method for controlling quality across different business tasks.

Keep context, files and analysis together
Business work rarely fits into one prompt. It needs background, documents, data, decisions and several rounds of improvement along the way.
We create a Project, organise the relevant context and use files, data analysis and Canvas to move from raw material to a decision-ready deliverable.
Participants can manage a complete piece of work without rebuilding the context in every chat.

A good result is difficult to scale when it depends entirely on one person's chat history or memory of the right instructions to use.
We select a repeated business task and turn the working method into a reusable GPT, then test edge cases and decide how it should be owned.
The team leaves knowing when to use a prompt, a Project, a GPT or an automation.

What participants bring
Bring your own laptop and access to the ChatGPT workspace selected for the programme. Some activities require access to Projects, file analysis, GPT creation or enabled apps. We confirm the exact plan, workspace permissions and administrator settings before the first session.
Optional: bring one repeated business task, suitable non-confidential documents or data, and an example of the output your team considers good.
