AI TRAINING FOR BUSINESS

AI Projects and Skills workshop

Participants taking part in an interactive exercise during a BRACAI business workshop.

EUR 120

per person · 4 hours · minimum 5 people

Your team has learned to write better prompts, but still repeats the same briefing, documents and method across new chats. In this practical workshop, they build one Project for stable context and one Skill for a repeatable process. The session works with Claude or ChatGPT, and BRACAI adapts every step to your platform.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Three habits that turn good AI use into a system.

Each one is explained, demonstrated, then practiced on a prepared business case. We discuss your team's own tasks as we go, so people leave able to apply it to their own work.

1

Stop rebuilding the same briefing in every chat

Even with a good prompt, every new conversation can mean repeating the client context, objective, tone, templates, examples and restrictions.

We build a Project that keeps the relevant instructions, knowledge and conversations together for one client, topic or recurring stream of work.

Your team starts with the right context instead of reconstructing it from zero every time.

2

Turn a repeated method into a reusable Skill

Context tells AI what it needs to know. A Skill tells it exactly how your team performs a task: the steps, criteria, checks and output format.

We define when the Skill should activate, what it receives, what it must do and what a good result looks like, then build a working first version.

A proven method becomes reusable instead of living only in one person's prompts.

3

Test, improve and share what actually works

A Project with poor files repeats poor context, and a Skill with vague instructions repeats inconsistent work. Neither is finished after one draft.

We test both on real examples, diagnose whether a failure comes from the prompt, instructions, knowledge or method, and improve the right layer.

Your team leaves with working assets and a clear approach to ownership and maintenance.

LEARN THE TOOL ITSELF

Build context once. Reuse the method everywhere.

We cover the main parts needed to create, test and manage useful Projects and Skills in Claude or ChatGPT.

Projects

Keep chats, instructions and knowledge together around a client or workflow

Skills

Package a repeatable process with clear triggers, steps, checks and outputs

Project instructions

Define the role, rules, priorities and output expected inside the workspace

Testing and iteration

Use real cases to find whether the prompt, context or method needs improvement

Knowledge

Choose useful templates and examples while keeping outdated material out

Ownership and sharing

Decide who owns and maintains each asset and how it becomes a shared team standard

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Is this the right session for your team?

Who it is for

  • Teams already using AI, or about to start

  • Business users with no technical background

  • Mixed levels in the same room, which usually helps

  • Managers who want one shared method rather than individual habits

If you want to solve an inefficiency with AI rather than build it yourself, talk to us about AI solutions instead.

HOW WE TEACH

Learn it, then do it.

Every topic ends with a practical challenge. Watching someone use AI well is not enough. You need to try it, find what does not work and improve it yourself.

teach-01-show.jpg

We show the technique

A short explanation of the topic and a live demonstration. No long theory.

teach-02-try.jpg

You try it yourself

You apply the same method to a realistic business task. This is the part that makes it useful

teach-03-fix.jpg

We fix it together

When it doesn't work first time, we look at it as a group and fix it. You keep the working version

Why it is built this way: people remember what they did, not what they watched.

Common questions

Is the workshop for Claude or ChatGPT?

Either. Both platforms support Projects and Skills, although the interfaces, availability and sharing controls differ. BRACAI works hands-on with Claude and ChatGPT and adapts the complete workshop to the platform your company uses.

What is the difference between a Project and a Skill?

A Project keeps stable context together for a client, topic or ongoing stream of work. A Skill contains a reusable method for completing a specific task. Put simply: a Project stores what the AI needs to know; a Skill teaches it how your team does the work.

How is this different from a Custom GPT?

A Custom GPT is a configured assistant in ChatGPT. A Project is a workspace for evolving context and related conversations. A Skill is a reusable procedure that can activate when a task needs it. We explain which option fits each use case rather than forcing every task into the same tool.

Do participants need technical or coding skills?

No. The core workshop uses clear written instructions, examples, templates and testing. Skills can include scripts for advanced use cases, but coding is not required to build a useful business Skill.

Do participants need a paid plan?

The required plan and permissions depend on whether you use Claude or ChatGPT and whether participants need to create, share or manage Skills. We check your workspace before the session and confirm exactly what must be enabled.

Can we use our own documents and processes?

Yes. The workshop is most valuable when the Project and Skill reflect real work. We agree beforehand what can be used, what should be anonymized and what should remain outside the platform. Prepared business cases are also available.

Can Projects and Skills be shared with the team?

Often yes, but the available sharing and organization controls depend on your platform, plan and administrator settings. We cover ownership, permissions and maintenance so shared assets remain useful after the workshop.

What do participants build?

Each participant builds or contributes to one Project with stable context and one Skill for a repeated business process. They test the assets on realistic examples and keep the working versions where their workspace permits.

How many people can attend?

The workshop is for 5 to 20 people and works best with about 15 or fewer. For larger groups, we recommend separate sessions so everyone receives practical support.

Where is the workshop delivered?

BRACAI delivers the workshop in person in Barcelona and across Spain, or online for teams anywhere in Europe. We travel further on request, with travel costs agreed in advance.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes. Each participant receives a certificate of completion, and the organization receives an attendance record.
