Three habits that turn good AI use into a system.
Each one is explained, demonstrated, then practiced on a prepared business case. We discuss your team's own tasks as we go, so people leave able to apply it to their own work.

Even with a good prompt, every new conversation can mean repeating the client context, objective, tone, templates, examples and restrictions.
We build a Project that keeps the relevant instructions, knowledge and conversations together for one client, topic or recurring stream of work.

Turn a repeated method into a reusable Skill
Context tells AI what it needs to know. A Skill tells it exactly how your team performs a task: the steps, criteria, checks and output format.
We define when the Skill should activate, what it receives, what it must do and what a good result looks like, then build a working first version.
A proven method becomes reusable instead of living only in one person's prompts.

Test, improve and share what actually works
A Project with poor files repeats poor context, and a Skill with vague instructions repeats inconsistent work. Neither is finished after one draft.
We test both on real examples, diagnose whether a failure comes from the prompt, instructions, knowledge or method, and improve the right layer.
Your team leaves with working assets and a clear approach to ownership and maintenance.

What participants bring
Bring your own laptop and access to the Claude or ChatGPT workspace your company uses. Projects and Skills must be enabled for participants, and sharing may depend on administrator permissions. We confirm the exact setup before the session.
Optional: bring one repeated task, the instructions you normally give, and an approved example, template or quality checklist.
