Give clear instructions
AI is like a brilliant new colleague. It knows a lot, but it doesn't know your project, your templates or the email you are replying to.
We practise saying what you want, in what format and with what context. The golden rule: if a colleague wouldn't understand it, AI won't either.
Your team leaves with one simple method for emails, documents, research and analysis.

Most people repeat the same instructions in every chat.
We set up custom instructions and memory once, and use voice to give context in seconds instead of typing it.

The first answer is a draft, not the final result.
We iterate, give examples, ask AI to compare options before it answers, and simply disagree when it gets it wrong.

What participants bring
Bring your laptop and an account on the AI tool your company uses: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini. A free account is enough for most exercises.
Optional: bring one real task where AI gave you a weak answer.

Finn Chr. Arctander
Finn Chr. Arctander founded BRACAI in Barcelona and has personally led every workshop the company has delivered. He also leads BRACAI's implementation work, building AI solutions and supporting AI transformation projects for companies.
Workshops are delivered in English, Spanish or Norwegian.
