Intro to AI and prompting for business teams

EUR 90
per person · 3 hours · minimum 5 people
Your team may already use AI, but results change with every prompt. In this practical workshop, they learn one clear method for giving instructions, adding context and improving the first answer. They leave with repeatable habits they can use across everyday business work.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Three habits that improve every AI task.
Each one is explained, demonstrated, then practiced on a prepared business case. We discuss your team's own tasks as we go, so people leave able to apply it to their own work.
1
Stop guessing and learn what AI needs from you
AI can be very capable and still give a weak answer when the instruction is unclear, because it does not know your goal, format or company context.
We use role, action, format and context to turn vague requests into clear, specific instructions AI can act on immediately and reliably.
Your team leaves with one simple method they can apply to emails, documents, research and analysis.
2
Give AI the context it actually needs to help
A good prompt is only part of the job. AI also needs the relevant document, example, source or background to produce genuinely useful work.
We practise adding context through files, examples, web search, voice and follow-up questions, while keeping company information within your rules.
The result is more useful output, with fewer invented assumptions and less repeated explanation.
3
Improve the first answer without starting again
The first answer is a draft, not a finished result, and your team stays fully responsible for the facts, judgement, tone and risk it carries.
We compare options side by side, ask AI to evaluate its own work, give precise feedback and request the exact format your team actually needs.
People leave knowing how to improve an answer efficiently and how to check it before using it.
LEARN THE TOOL ITSELF
Use AI as a practical work tool
We cover the functions and settings your team needs for faster, clearer and more responsible day-to-day work.
Models
How to choose between a fast answer and a model built for deeper reasoning
Voice
How to capture rough ideas on mobile or desktop and pick the work up later
Search and research
When to pull in current web information and when a deeper investigation helps
Instructions and memory
How to set preferences once so you stop repeating instructions in every chat
Files and context
How to add documents, examples and background without overloading the task
Output formats
How to turn a rough answer into clear tables, documents and copy-ready blocks
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Is this the right session for your team?
Who it is for
-
Teams already using AI, or about to start
-
Business users with no technical background
-
Mixed levels in the same room, which usually helps
-
Managers who want one shared method rather than individual habits
If you want to solve an inefficiency with AI rather than build it yourself, talk to us about AI solutions instead.
HOW WE TEACH
Learn it, then do it.
Every topic ends with a practical challenge. Watching someone use AI well is not enough. You need to try it, find what does not work and improve it yourself.

We show the technique
A short explanation of the topic and a live demonstration. No long theory.

You try it yourself
You apply the same method to a realistic business task. This is the part that makes it useful

We fix it together
When it doesn't work first time, we look at it as a group and fix it. You keep the working version
Why it is built this way: people remember what they did, not what they watched.
