AI TRAINING FOR BUSINESS

AI image and video workshop for business teams

Finn presenting AI-generated colour and image variations in a BRACAI creative workshop.

EUR 180

per person · 6 hours · minimum 5 people

Your team can generate an image or video in seconds, but the first result is rarely consistent, usable or on brand. In this practical workshop, participants learn to direct AI like a photographer and videographer, edit real assets and build coherent scenes from image to video. They leave with a repeatable visual-production method, not a collection of lucky prompts.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Three habits that turn prompting into visual direction.

Each one is explained, demonstrated, then practiced on a prepared business case. We discuss your team's own tasks as we go, so people leave able to apply it to their own work.

1

Describe the visual, not just the topic

A short prompt names what you want, but leaves the model to decide how it should look, which is why ideas often return generic or inconsistent.

We build prompts from controllable visual choices: subject, action, environment, expression, style, lighting, colour, framing and composition.

Your team can explain why an image works and change one element without rebuilding everything.

2

Use references and editing to keep what matters

Starting again with a new prompt can lose the product, person, setting or visual identity you already had, so good work often begins with an asset.

We use reference images to remove or replace objects, change backgrounds, lighting or style, and place approved products and people into new contexts.

Participants learn to improve and repurpose useful material instead of chasing a perfect first generation.

3

Build consistent scenes before adding video

A good individual image does not automatically become a coherent campaign or video, as characters change and each new shot can look unrelated.

We plan the idea, create a moodboard or storyboard, establish reference images and generate consistent scenes before adding motion, transitions or sound.

The team leaves with a repeatable path from concept to a short, intentionally directed visual sequence.

LEARN THE TOOL ITSELF

Direct, edit and reuse AI visuals with control

We cover the main parts needed to move from an idea or existing asset to a coherent image, video or short visual sequence.

Tool and model selection

Choose a suitable image or video tool without trying to learn every platform

Video direction

Describe camera movement, subject motion, timing, sound and scene transitions

Image prompt framework

Control subject, action, setting, style, lighting, colour, framing and angle

Consistency and storyboards

Keep characters, products and visual language coherent across multiple scenes

Reference images and editing

Transform photographs, products and brand assets while keeping what matters

Business production workflows

Turn the method into reusable prompts, assistants and repeatable content processes

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Is this the right session for your team?

Who it is for

  • Teams already using AI, or about to start

  • Business users with no technical background

  • Mixed levels in the same room, which usually helps

  • Managers who want one shared method rather than individual habits

If you want to solve an inefficiency with AI rather than build it yourself, talk to us about AI solutions instead.

HOW WE TEACH

Learn it, then do it.

Every topic ends with a practical challenge. Watching someone use AI well is not enough. You need to try it, find what does not work and improve it yourself.

teach-01-show.jpg

We show the technique

A short explanation of the topic and a live demonstration. No long theory.

teach-02-try.jpg

You try it yourself

You apply the same method to a realistic business task. This is the part that makes it useful

teach-03-fix.jpg

We fix it together

When it doesn't work first time, we look at it as a group and fix it. You keep the working version

Why it is built this way: people remember what they did, not what they watched.

Common questions

Which image and video tools do you teach?

We select the tools that best fit your company, accounts and use cases. The workshop teaches a transferable method and can be delivered with leading image and video platforms rather than depending on one interface.

Do participants need design or video experience?

No. We introduce the visual concepts in practical language and build each prompt step by step. Designers and experienced content creators also benefit because they can apply their existing judgement with more control.

What do participants create?

Participants create and refine several images, edit an existing asset, generate short video clips and apply the complete method to a coherent sequence such as a reel, storyboard, product concept or character-led story.

Can we use our own brand, product or campaign assets?

Yes. The workshop is most useful when the exercises reflect real work. We agree beforehand which files are approved, what should be anonymized and which tools may receive them. Prepared visual cases are always available.

Do participants need paid plans or generation credits?

Some image exercises can be completed with free access, but video generation and higher-quality models often require paid plans or credits. We confirm the selected tools and expected costs before the session.

Can AI keep a product or character consistent across different images?

It can improve consistency when the team uses strong reference images, controlled prompts and a planned sequence, but perfect identity and product fidelity are not guaranteed. We teach participants to test, compare and correct drift.

Can we use the generated visuals commercially?

Usage rights depend on the tool, plan, source assets and intended market. The workshop explains what to check, but your organization remains responsible for confirming licences, permissions, releases and brand approvals before publication.

Will the outputs be ready to publish?

Some outputs may be usable immediately, while others need selection, editing, fact-checking or brand review. The goal is to create strong working assets and a reliable production method, not to pretend every generation is final.

How many people can attend?

The workshop is for 5 to 20 people and works best with about 15 or fewer. For larger groups, we recommend separate sessions so everyone receives practical support.

Where is the workshop delivered?

BRACAI delivers the workshop in person in Barcelona and across Spain, or online for teams anywhere in Europe. We travel further on request, with travel costs agreed in advance.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes. Each participant receives a certificate of completion, and the organization receives an attendance record.
