AI TRAINING FOR BUSINESS

AI dashboard workshop for business teams

BRACAI workshop presenting a structured business process overview on a large screen.

EUR 90

per person · 3 hours · minimum 5 people

Your team already has the numbers, but the meaning is buried in rows, tabs and recurring explanations. In this practical workshop, participants use Claude or ChatGPT to turn one business use case and a prepared dataset into an interactive dashboard. They leave with a working prototype and a method they can reuse without becoming developers.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Three habits that turn business data into a useful dashboard.

Each one is explained, demonstrated, then practiced on a prepared business case. We discuss your team's own tasks as we go, so people leave able to apply it to their own work.

1

Start with the decision, not just the chart

A dashboard can look polished and still be useless. If the audience, decision and key measures are unclear, AI will confidently build the wrong view.

We define who will use the dashboard, what they need to decide, which data actually supports that decision and which details should stay out.

Participants begin with a focused dashboard brief instead of asking AI to visualise everything.

2

Build the dashboard through a clear conversation

You do not need to write the interface from zero, but you do need to direct the build, since vague requests produce generic, mismatched charts.

We give Claude or ChatGPT the brief and sample data, then build the structure, KPI cards, charts, tables and filters in small, testable steps.

Each participant leaves with a working dashboard prototype they can continue to edit.

3

Test the numbers and know what is safe to share

A dashboard that opens is not automatically correct, current or secure. Calculations can be wrong and a prototype may expose data if shared carelessly.

We test totals, filters, empty states and usability, then explain the difference between a self-contained prototype and a live connected dashboard.

The team knows what can be used immediately, what needs review, and when extra support is required.

LEARN THE TOOL ITSELF

Build a dashboard without becoming a developer

We cover the main decisions and AI-assisted build steps needed to turn data into a clear, interactive prototype.

Dashboard brief

Define the audience, decisions, questions and success criteria before building

Charts and interactions

Add useful filters, comparisons and controls without creating visual noise

Data and KPI selection

Choose the fields, metrics and calculations that deserve space on the screen

AI build and iteration

Create and improve the dashboard step by step, working live in Claude or ChatGPT

Layout and visual hierarchy

Organize summaries, charts and detail so the most important signal stands out

Testing and next architecture

Check the numbers and see the path from prototype to a connected, shared tool

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Is this the right session for your team?

Who it is for

  • Teams already using AI, or about to start

  • Business users with no technical background

  • Mixed levels in the same room, which usually helps

  • Managers who want one shared method rather than individual habits

If you want to solve an inefficiency with AI rather than build it yourself, talk to us about AI solutions instead.

HOW WE TEACH

Learn it, then do it.

Every topic ends with a practical challenge. Watching someone use AI well is not enough. You need to try it, find what does not work and improve it yourself.

teach-01-show.jpg

We show the technique

A short explanation of the topic and a live demonstration. No long theory.

teach-02-try.jpg

You try it yourself

You apply the same method to a realistic business task. This is the part that makes it useful

teach-03-fix.jpg

We fix it together

When it doesn't work first time, we look at it as a group and fix it. You keep the working version

Why it is built this way: people remember what they did, not what they watched.

What participants bring

Bring your own laptop and access to the Claude or ChatGPT workspace selected for the session. Participants need the ability to create, preview and edit code or interactive artifacts. We confirm the exact setup before the workshop.

Optional: bring one reporting problem, the decisions the dashboard should support and a small anonymized dataset in CSV or spreadsheet format.

COURSE INSTRUCTOR

Finn Chr. Arctander

Finn Chr. Arctander founded BRACAI in Barcelona and has personally led every workshop the company has delivered. He also leads BRACAI's implementation work, building AI solutions and supporting AI transformation projects for companies.

Workshops are delivered in English, Spanish or Norwegian.

Book the workshop.

Tell us what your team does and we'll confirm the format and the date. Not sure this is the right session? Describe the work and we'll tell you honestly. We usually reply within one business day.

Common questions

Is the workshop for Claude or ChatGPT?

Either. Both can support AI-assisted dashboard and front-end workflows, although the interface, preview, export and sharing options differ. BRACAI adapts the complete session to the platform your company uses.

Do participants need to know how to code?

No. AI produces and revises the code. We explain the small amount of HTML, CSS and JavaScript needed to describe changes, recognize common problems and work confidently with the generated dashboard.

What do participants build?

Each participant or small group builds a working interactive dashboard with KPI cards, charts, detail views and at least one useful interaction. The exact result depends on the business case and available data.

What kinds of business cases work well?

Good examples include sales performance, project delivery, operational capacity, budget tracking, marketing results, recruitment, customer service and team activity. The best case has a clear audience, repeated decisions and a manageable dataset.

Can we use our own company data?

Yes, when your organization permits it. We agree beforehand what can be used, what should be anonymized and which workspace may receive the data. A prepared business dataset is always available.

Will the dashboard connect to live company data?

The core three-hour workshop uses a prepared or uploaded data snapshot so everyone can complete the build. We explain how live connections work, but connecting company systems securely is implementation work and may need a separate scope.

Do participants need a paid plan?

The required plan depends on the platform and the code, preview and file features available in your workspace. We check your Claude or ChatGPT setup before the session and confirm exactly what participants need.

Can we publish or share the finished dashboard?

Participants leave with a working prototype and can share or export it where their workspace permits. A public or protected URL may require hosting, access controls and a secure data connection. The advanced architecture is explained, but production deployment is not promised within three hours.

How many people can attend?

The workshop is for 5 to 20 people and works best with about 15 or fewer. For larger groups, we recommend separate sessions so everyone receives practical support.

Where is the workshop delivered?

BRACAI delivers the workshop in person in Barcelona and across Spain, or online for teams anywhere in Europe. We travel further on request, with travel costs agreed in advance.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes. Each participant receives a certificate of completion, and the organization receives an attendance record.
