Common questions
Which workshop should our team start with?
For most teams, Using AI professionally is the best starting point. If your team already uses AI regularly, email us and we will suggest a more focused option.
Can you tailor a workshop to our company?
Yes. We can adapt the objective, examples, exercises, format and level to your team, tools, processes and priorities. We can also combine subjects into a program.
What makes BRACAI workshops different?
We do AI strategy and solution projects as well as training. That first-hand project work informs what we teach, which risks we flag and how we connect the tools to real business processes.
Which AI tools do you teach?
The catalogue includes ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot and n8n, plus tool-independent workshops on prompting, meetings, images, video and dashboards. A tailored programme can focus on the tools your team already uses.
Do participants need technical experience?
No technical background is needed for most workshops. The automation and dashboard workshops are designed for business users too, but participants should be comfortable learning a new tool.
Where do you deliver workshops, and in which languages?
Workshops can be delivered online or in person, depending on the team and location. Sessions are available in English, Spanish and Norwegian.
Do participants receive a certificate?
Yes. Participants can receive a certificate and the organisation can keep an attendance record.
Can the workshops support EU AI Act literacy?
Yes. Practical training, certificates and attendance records can support your organisation’s AI-literacy measures. A workshop or certificate does not by itself prove compliance, and this is not legal advice.
