How one screen recording became reusable employee training

“We were spending too much expert time answering the same questions. BRACAI showed us how to capture the knowledge once and make it available whenever employees needed it.”

[Placeholder client]

[Placeholder client] is a European professional services company with several hundred employees working across multiple offices and languages. As the company grew, managers and experienced employees were repeatedly asked to explain routine digital processes to colleagues and new starters.

The company wanted a faster, more consistent way to turn internal knowledge into practical training without launching a large content-production project.

Opportunity

Creating useful training content was slow and dependent on a small number of experts. Each process had to be recorded, explained, edited, documented, and sometimes translated. Because this took time, teams often relied on informal one-to-one support.

The result was repeated interruptions, inconsistent instructions, slower onboarding, and important knowledge remaining with a few experienced employees. A 15-minute explanation repeated 20 times consumed five hours of expert time, before follow-up questions and interruptions.

Solution

BRACAI designed a workflow that turns one screen recording into reusable written and video training.

For the pilot, an employee recorded a routine digital process while explaining each step. AI converted the recording into a structured process guide and a first draft of the video narration. A subject-matter expert then reviewed the content to ensure it was accurate, concise, and easy to follow.

Once approved, the same content could be translated and combined with an AI-generated voice or optional avatar. One recording could therefore support different teams, roles, formats, and languages without being recreated from scratch.

Impact

“Instead of explaining the same process again and again, our experts can now point employees to one approved guide. It saves time and gives everyone the same answer.”

[Placeholder name], Learning and DeveloThe pilot gave [Placeholder client] a repeatable way to capture internal knowledge and make it easier to use.

Employees could access clear guidance without waiting for a manager or expert to become available. The company also gained one approved version of each process, reducing inconsistent instructions and making future updates easier.

The same approach can now be applied to software training, onboarding, reporting, customer service, compliance, and other repeatable digital workflows. Instead of recreating the content each time, the company can record the process once, review it, and reuse it across teams, formats, and languages.

The next step is straightforward: identify the process employees ask about most often, publish one approved guide, and measure how much repeated support it.
